Almost 3 month aku still kat FujiRoto neyh..Tapi tak taulaa leh confirm ke tak..So far i have no problem just need to more study about "trapping" and lebih teliti..yang lain aku leh kot catch up insyaAllah..Tapi sebenarnya susah weh..Kalau main satu color je leh tahan lagi..Dah banyak-banyak color jadi pening arr pulop..Ada yang over printlaa,bleed 0.3 laa, 0.75 laa, ade white base laa..and ape-ape jelaa yang sewaktu dengannya..Kat bawah neyh, lagi detail aku cite about my job..korang rase nak baca, baca..heheh..macam2 ada..picture aku syok sendiri pun ade..hahaha..itu wajib..Kerja yang paling aku malas nak wat bila kena cari old mask record..Job dia bukan satu dua..Puluh ratus ribu ade..hadeyh..Penah aku cari tuh sampai nk pitam..nasiblaaa ok..kalau tak, tak pasal-pasal diorang panik,dah angkut aku pi hospital..huhuh..janganlaa...tapikan, yang paling aku suka wat bile back up file arr..hehe..bab2x menulis je aku suka..beselaa, tulisan lawa...ops, salah terperasan lak..heheh..tapi aku memang suke menulis arr,dulu kalau salin nota, confirm kena puji ngan cikgu..bukan nak perasan..tapi....gitu arr...hihi..;p selama 3 month aku keje sini, yang pasti aku tak kenal lagi sape boss..huhu..

Macam-macam packaging aku dah wat...leh dikatakan 75% produk makanan kat malaysia neyh, Fujiroto yang print..coklat, biskut, minuman, repah, serbuk and ape2 jelaa..starbuck pun dia wat gak..huhu..Masa kat New York, aku penah shopping dekat Kohls and TJ Maxx..Dia ada gak wat plastic Shopping Komplex tuh..Ingat tak kakyam? shopping smpai ribu...ish3x...

Mende yang aku kena buat:

• Dapat job, tgk kalau ade old fail, cari back up cd or kalau new job punya, follow customer file and job sheet.
• Dah siap, bg sales and diorang confirmkan dengan customer. if any amendment, double check balik and pastikan yang lain ok.
• Bile dah confirm, cari old mask record kalau yg ade old job or buat mask baru kalau new job..
• Double check or triple check pun leh job yang dah confirm tuh..masalah aku selalu de je yg confuse n terpaksa sales tanye customer balik..hehe..nyusahkn betul..huhu..
• Print for Quality Control (QC) check.Klau yg lebih satu color, print full color and separated color..
• When QC give back that mask record, double check again.
• Reverse or Surface, kalau surface pastikan mirror to horizontal
  
• Sent to Engraving Department. Make sure separated color betul (save post script)..

• Registration Mark (Slit Line, Slitting Line, Crossmark, Eyemark, Autocon)
• Setting Barcode
• Continuous Job
• Trace

Mende yang "sunat" aku kena tau time free..hehe:

• Burn cd guna toast 6 titanium - Record sumer job dalam buku
• Susun Mask Record yang dah settle kat tempat yg disediakan
• Praktis untuk mendalami software2 yg digunakan..

Dalam pic neyh, aku yang paling muda tau..heheh..neway, i would like to say thanks very much who teach me with detailed about artpro n Fujiroto..Siau Chew Ling..dalam pic neyh, dia sebaris ngan aku, uik bukan aunty 2, sebelah aunty tuh..yg tak pakai speck..haa...confirm dia tension kan ajar aku..sorry chew ling..i know that im too slow..huhuk..aku punya style kalau terangkan je mmg cepat lupa..so aku kena terangkan n practice skali..practice make perfect..mmg, leh dikatakan hari-hari aku kena berleter, kena marah or pe jelaa yg sewaktu dengannya..tapi chew ling cakap, dia just nak tolong aku..dia nk aku perfect bile kerja kat sini..tak buat salah and dalam masa yg sama, leh tingkatkan performance aku..and aku leh confirm cepat..tapi tgk gaya...macam ntah..huhuk..aku tak kisah, tapi yg pasti aku seronok keje kat sini, biar kat luar orang nampak mcm low, keje kilang je..heheh...tapi..haaaa jgn buat pasal...;p zaAasstTt~~
